The 140sqm house, located in the small town of Lauria, Italy, is a simple space designed for a young family. A palette of natural tones was selected to achieve a minimalist and contemporary style. The space at the main floor revolves around the open kitchen and includes a dining area, and a cozy living/TV area. A full height storage is integrated around the staircase, next to the kitchen.

The top floor is characterized by the exposed wooden roof that enhances the feeling of a warm and cozy space for the 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom.
