Minimal interiors featuring basic palette of white and grey contrasting with the original ceramic light brown floor tiles. The living and dining room are kept simple: a modern fireplace has been added to the existing room as a decorative piece and a heat source; strips of lighting highlight the gaps in the false ceiling. An informal dining area, centred around a table with a small island unit, defines a flexible space for the kitchen. Laminate mimics the textural appearance of wood for wall and base units, contrasting with the stainless steel splashback and grey furniture. The lighting effects add depth and drama to the space.
